  • All communication with candidates and clients is honest, truthful, and factual.
  • All employment laws and regulations are scrupulously observed.
  • The candidate's background is accurately represented.
  • No promises are made that the person cannot or does not intend to keep.
  • Competitors are not defamed or disparaged.
  • Our credentials are not misrepresented.
  • Reference and background checks are conducted only with the candidate's permission.
  • Confidentiality of candidate and client information is paramount.
  • Candidates placed with client companies are not recruited for other projects.
  • Resumes are never shared without the candidate's permission.
  • Fees are never charged to a candidate.
  • Client companies are informed of fees before an assignment is accepted.
  • Candidates are not recruited from a company with which we have made a placement for a period of one year after the date of the placement.
  • Unsolicited resumes are not sent to prospective clients.
  • All relevant candidate information, favorable and unfavorable, is shared with the client.
  • The best interest of the client guides our actions.
