- All employment laws and regulations are scrupulously observed.
- The candidate's background is accurately represented.
- No promises are made that the person cannot or does not intend to keep.
- Competitors are not defamed or disparaged.
- Our credentials are not misrepresented.
- Reference and background checks are conducted only with the candidate's permission.
- Confidentiality of candidate and client information is paramount.
- Candidates placed with client companies are not recruited for other projects.
- Resumes are never shared without the candidate's permission.
- Fees are never charged to a candidate.
- Client companies are informed of fees before an assignment is accepted.
- Candidates are not recruited from a company with which we have made a placement for a period of one year after the date of the placement.
- Unsolicited resumes are not sent to prospective clients.
- All relevant candidate information, favorable and unfavorable, is shared with the client.
- The best interest of the client guides our actions.
